LIVING TOGETHER

I thought, well, I’ve got to rent an apartment and when I read all the listings, it seemed silly to try to find a small apartment for one person. I knew Tatum was thinking of looking for a job in Raleigh, too, so I figured it might make sense for her, might be safer, you know, nice to have a friendly face around. Plus much cheaper to share the rent, cable, utilities and so on. Oh yeah, and she’s my girlfriend.

I figured I could talk Roger into sharing an apartment since we both wanted to be in Raleigh. Seems like a good way to test the waters before getting him to marry me. Or not. Plus he’s willing to make dinner now and then.
